No Bake Cookie Balls

After trying a couple of no bake cookie dough recipes from pinterest, I wasn't satisfied.  I took this recipe off the inside of the cover of Quaker Oats and reduced the quantities to individual quantities for each child to make.  I pretty much kept everything the same, except I left out the eggs and increased the margarine.
Recipe:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 stick butter/margarine
1/4 cup chocolate chips

For younger kids: Prepare the appropriate measuring cup with each ingredient.

1 lb Ground beef fried over medium flame for 8 minutes
Pour 16 oz. of marinara sauce over it (I use half a jar of Kirkland marinara sauce from Costco)
Add 2 bags of cooked 10 minute rice
Add can of corn
Serve over broken tacos!
Yum!

You can throw in other veggies such as green beans, snap peas, or pepper.
